We pride ourselves in allowing you to customize your mat; therefore, most of the mats are made to order. We personalize and ship most mats to within 3-10 business days, though some items may take longer. Please send us an email if you need it expedited, and we will try our best to get it to you.
We ship via major carriers to any continental U.S. destination.

Our goal is to offer only the finest personalized mats available, ones that will create lasting memories and provide pure happiness. Each item we select must first meet our strict standards for workmanship and design. Our highly-trained production staff then artfully customizes each order to your specifications. Before any items ship from our facility, it must pass a final inspection for quality and accuracy. Kicky Mats takes great pride in our product and stands behind the quality of every mat we sell.
Each mat is custom and made just for you therefore we do not offer refunds. We do however, offer exchanges if we have made an error with your design. If you feel an error has been made, please contact us immediately at email@example.com.
All exchanges must be made within 14 days of receipt.
